Gentle Yoga with Chairs

Jaeda believes that each person’s practice and experience of yoga will be unique to them. Her slow-paced classes include yoga philosophy, centering, work with the breath, mindful movement, rest, and meditation. Students have the option to be seated in chairs for part or all of the practice and are encouraged to use props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps. Jaeda offers multiple options for each pose to allow students to find the optimal practice for their bodies as they are.
